Order Policy- By placing an order, Buyer consents to paying the product(s) retail price, taxes, and shipping costs in full. Completed Orders- Oders are considered complete by Treasures Of The Rockies, LLC. if there has been NO CORRESPONDENCE between Buyer and seller within 5 days of the delivery of the order.
Packaging and Shipping- All goods are packed in Black Poly Peel and Seal Envelopes. These envelopes feature an easy to use peel and seal closure with permanent adhesive. They are water, puncture, tear, and tamper resistant, giving your purchase added security. Invoice/packing list(s) are included with all shipments. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Any loss or damage that occurs during shipping or delivery is Buyer's responsibility. Treasures Of The Rockies, LLC. shall not be responsible for any loss, delay or harm caused by a delay in delivery. Treasures Of The Rockies, LLC. shall not be liable for any failure to deliver due to causes beyond Treasures Of The Rockies, LLC.'s control, including without limitations to, acts of God, war, mobilization, civil commotion, riots, embargoes, domestic or foreign governmental regulations or orders, fires, floods, strikes, lockouts or other labor difficulties.
Guarantee- Treasures Of The Rockies, LLC. guarantees materials and workmanship on all merchandise. However, exact color matches between dye lots and complete color fastness in all dark colors cannot be guaranteed. Some shrinkage in garments is unavoidable. To extend garment wear, washing and care instructions are attached to each garment. Treasures Of The Rockies, LLC. does not give any warranty, guarantee or indemnity as to quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the products, other than as specifically provided with respect to specific products. Treasures Of The Rockies, LLC. warrants that the goods are as described in this agreement. However, Treasures Of The Rockies, LLC. disclaims all express and implied warranties of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, unless specifically agreed upon in writing and made part of this agreement.
Returns- We offer EXCHANGES ONLY at the expense of the Buyer. Any claims to exchange merchandise must be made within 5 days of delivery of goods. Exchanges will be honored ONLY if merchandise that is returned to us is in its original condition upon inspection.
